Two Spanish water parks selected as the best in Europe

Places filled with fun, freshness, and adrenaline. Here, you will encounter impressive roller coasters, endless slides, and pools for relaxation. It's definitely time to let your inner child come alive and enjoy the summer.

That's why we are teaming up with Holidu to explore the 10 best water parks in Europe. To discover them, we analyzed the ratings of 236 water parks across Europe on Google and TripAdvisor to find one of the best ways to cool off this summer.

1. Siam Park, Spain

Siam Park in Spain is the highest-rated water park in all of Europe. In addition to its exceptional ranking on Google, this water park also ranks first in the number of reviews on TripAdvisor with 33,448 mentions.

The price for adults is $40, and for children, it is $28. Here you will find dozens of adrenaline-filled attractions, large slides, and lush vegetation; all inspired by Thai culture.

2. Aquapark Istralandia, Croatia

The second on the list is Aquapark Istralandia. With an excellent rating of 4.6 on Google and 4.5 on TripAdvisor, it is one of the water parks in Europe that you cannot miss. Attractions like "Free Fall," an impressive 27-meter-high slide, and "Black Kamikaze," one of the park's main attractions, will ensure that neither kids nor adults will want to miss it.

3. Aquashow Park Hotel, Portugal

In third place, we have a water park in the Algarve, the Aquashow Park Hotel. With a rating of 4.6 on Google and 2,594 reviews on TripAdvisor, it's no surprise that it's on the podium. In this water park, you'll find a little bit of everything: slides, wave pools, and even a roller coaster with a huge drop at the end.

4. Slide & Splash, Portugal

Outside the podium but still well-positioned, there is another water park in the Algarve, Slide & Splash. It has a score of 4 on TripAdvisor and 4.5 on Google, and an adult ticket costs $27, which is cheaper compared to other parks on the list. It is worth noting that it has a great variety of attractions for both children and adults.

5. Chochołowska Baths, Poland

In the middle of the ranking, there is a water park that many might not know, the Chochołowska Baths in Poland. With an astonishing number of reviews on Google and a rating of 4.6, this super aquatic complex features a gym, restaurant, pools for children and adults, but most importantly, it boasts enormous spiral slides. Undoubtedly, a new experience in a country where many wouldn't expect to find a magnificent water park.

6. Aqualand Corfu Water Park, Greece

The Aqualand Corfu Water Park in Greece ranks sixth. With a rating of 4.5 on TripAdvisor, you can expect an extraordinary water park with activities for the entire family. A two-day pass costs €55, and believe me, you will need it to enjoy all the attractions the park offers. For the more adventurous, there are the "Tornado" and the "Giant Slides," and for children, the pirate area.

7. Action Aquapark, Bulgaria

Another not-so-well-known water park is Action Aquapark in Bulgaria; however, it does not disappoint its visitors. With high scores on Google and TripAdvisor, both at 4.5, you can expect a day filled with fun and adrenaline. Attractions like "Free Fall," "Black Hole," and "X-treme" are the most popular.

Italy occupies the eighth position with Aquafan. Tickets range from $28 to $34, depending on whether they are purchased online or at the counter. Once there, you can enjoy a park with plenty of offerings to enjoy the hot Italian summers.

The complex is divided into sections: a relaxation area for those who prefer a day without much adrenaline, a children's area with smaller slides and calmer attractions, and a slide area featuring 11 impressive attractions for the ultimate fun.

9. Aquapark Tatralandia, Slovakia

In second-to-last place is the Tatralandia Aquapark in Slovakia. A pleasant surprise, we must admit. It has over 14,000 online reviews on both Google and TripAdvisor, all praising this water park. Admission costs $29 for adults, $24 for teens, and $21 for children. As for the main attractions, you will find relaxation pools, slides over 20 meters high, and even an artificial wave pool.

10. Aqualandia Benidorm, Spain

The second largest water park in Spain, and one of the most impressive in Europe. Aqualandia Benidorm is one of the best options for family enjoyment with multiple choices for children, but also for the most adventurous adults. 12 pools, 17 slides, two different areas for children's water attractions, green areas, 22,000 m2 of free parking, along with essential services such as restaurants, shops, and numerous picnic areas throughout the venue. A fantastic plan for summer afternoons.

Lastly, another Spanish water park, Aqualandia Benidorm, has 12,312 reviews on Google and a rating of 4.3. A daily ticket costs $39, and the family ticket for four people costs $112.

The park is divided according to the intensity of the attractions: a children's area, a moderate area, and an extreme area. In the children's area, the "Mini Zig Zag" and "Laguna" stand out, while in the more active area, the "Big Bang" and "Zig Zag" are highlights.
