Iberia Re-Launches Direct Flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico
With A330-200 aircraft, Iberia has resumed its Madrid-San Juan, Puerto Rico route after three years of inactivity. These planes are the most modern in the airline's fleet, featuring 19 seats in Business Class and 269 in Economy Class.
Now the 20th destination Iberia has in Latin America, it offers three weekly flights - on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays - which will stop operating next month in October. Specifically, flights leave Madrid at 12:25 PM and arrive in San Juan at 2:20 PM. In the opposite direction, they depart San Juan at 4:35 PM and land in Madrid at 6:25 AM the following day.
On board, Business Class passengers will enjoy seats that convert into beds with direct aisle access and a 15.4-inch personal screen. Economy Class passengers will travel in seats with a more ergonomic design and a 9-inch personal screen. In both cases, the entertainment program is the same, featuring 50 movies, 80 series and documentaries, 400 music options, video games, and a children's entertainment channel. Additionally, a high-speed broadband Wifi system is available to provide faster content download speeds.
