KLM Airlines is introducing what it calls "Economy Comfort" for its European flights starting December 1, featuring a new area with more spacious seats in economy class.

This new seating area is characterized by offering up to nine centimeters more legroom and a 40% increase in recline. Additionally, the seats are equipped for charging electronic devices, and passengers seated here will be able to disembark first as they are located at the front of the economy class.

As for pricing, it ranges from 20 to 30 euros more per leg compared to the standard economy seat. Furthermore, Economy Comfort can be booked anytime before the flight, whether during ticket purchase or through the KLM website section "manage my booking." It can also be purchased during online check-in or at the airport's self-check-in kiosks.
