The Palafox cinemas, now owned by Yelmo, closed in 2017 when acquired by this group. They had been operating since the 1960s at number 15 on Luchana Street, and their closure was a drama for film lovers in the capital. Now, two years after that closure, they return, renovated and in a luxury version. These are theaters with fully reclining chairs, ample space between seats, and equipped with foldable tables and small lamps for use before the movies begin.

But that's not all. The new luxury cinema concept at Palafox will heavily feature gastronomy, as patrons will have a menu that includes hamburgers, crepes, charcuterie boards, and even gin tonics... all served directly to their seats. The cinema offers a waiter service for up to 15 minutes after the movie starts, through a bell installed at each seat. Once the movie has begun, if you want something more, there will be a bar permanently open and some automated kiosks in the lobby.

Ticket prices will logically be somewhat higher, although this will depend on the day of the week and the showtime. Prices will range between €10.90 and €16.90.

With this cinema, there are now two "Yelmo" locations offering the "Luxury" service, which started in the capital with the Yelmo in Plaza Norte.
