The first "Salvaje" location with a beach club in the world has landed in Puerto Banús to show us the most laid-back face of pleasure for pleasure, thanks to a unique gastronomic proposal, wrapped in a 360-degree experience that elevates dining to another dimension.

With the purest style of the SLVJ group but with a touch of exclusivity unique to the Marbella coast, we immerse ourselves in the successful opening of this new venue located in one of the largest entertainment centers on the Costa del Sol.

The hallmark of a group that is breaking molds

The ancient Greek colony of Sybaris - from which the term "sybarite" comes - in what is now the Italian region of Calabria, was famous for its cult of luxury, pleasures, and inclination towards exquisite living. Almost 2500 years after its disappearance, we pay our particular homage to that approach to life and become ambassadors of a singular style that characterizes the venues of the SLVJ group.

After the great success of openings in other parts of the world and various locations in Spain, the turn has finally come for Marbella, with the peculiarity of being the first "Salvaje" location in a beach club format.

A completely innovative concept that prominently showcases the already iconic distinguishing marks of "Salvaje": meticulously crafted decorations in its rooms, warm tones, abundant vegetation, and, in this case, a special connection to the sea.

Upon entering, we quickly perceive that we are in a different place, exuding exclusivity from every angle and completely escaping the conventional. The original half-orange-shaped shower held by a giant hand, rhino-shaped benches, the poolside booth, the air-conditioned indoor space, or the impressive outdoor beach club with Balinese beds capture our hearts at first glance, while the shows and performances, conceived and directed by Salvaje's artistic department, infect us with the spirit and philosophy of this groundbreaking proposal.

It's no coincidence that cities like Bogotá, Panama City, Miami, or Paris have already surrendered to this concept based on an exquisite and sophisticated environment combined with high-quality fusion Japanese cuisine and surprising cocktails.

Marbella is (again) the capital of glamour

An original culinary fusion at the highest level

SLVJ Marbella offers us the opportunity to experience top-notch culinary delights with great personality, where the proximity to the Mediterranean is palpable with every bite. This fact distinguishes it from other venues in the group, placing special emphasis on seafood products, such as lobsters, red shrimp, octopus, oysters, scallops, sea bass, red prawns, sea urchins, or barnacles.

The finest local seafood and fish, as well as others from the Cantabrian Sea, the Atlantic, or other parts of the world, gather in an exceptional menu where Japanese preparations and dishes blend with a unique culinary vision.

In this way, sushi takes on such different hues that surprise us, while a complete raw bar or an exquisite robata - known as the "Japanese grill" - delights diners.

As a result, we find creations as personal as the Dinamita roll, the lobster dumpling, or the robata shrimp with yuzu hollandaise, delivering powerful flavors while respecting the highest quality ingredients.

We are also impressed by the desserts, based on wild cocoa - Venezuelan chocolate, milk chocolate mousse, passion fruit gel, and chocolate sponge cake - and the ichigo & cream - white chocolate cream, chocolate and coffee crunch, accompanied by cilantro seed ice cream and raspberries -. Two unmistakable samples of SLVJ Marbella's intention to provide us with the opportunity to savor the sweetness of a glorious gastronomic gathering.

And, of course, we cannot overlook their signature cocktails, an extensive selection of high-quality wines and sparkling wines, sakes and spirits, and a complete variety of shishas, which top off a delightful and "Salvaje" experience in the heart of Puerto Banús.
