During the day, The Gallery is the epicenter of The Artist, becoming the perfect place to enjoy a casual fine dining menu that blends Basque and international dishes. This original urban bistro has street access, opening directly to the cultural atmosphere of Bilbao, allowing the thief to use it as an escape route. Additionally, any visitor or local, even if not staying at the hotel, can also enjoy its gourmet breakfasts made with local ingredients.

From the large windows, you can see Puppy, the gigantic floral mascot created by Jeff Koons, greeting you from the entrance of the Guggenheim Museum. Natural light floods the room, enhancing the contemporary design of the dining area, with nods to Bauhaus.

We showed the waiter the photo of the suspect and asked if he had eaten there. The waiter seems nervous. He confirms that he just finished and left accompanied. After eating, he might have wanted a cocktail or gone to relax with the views of the Guggenheim. Where should we continue our search?
