The Most Punctual Airlines in Europe

When organizing our trip, we always strive to do it in the best possible way. Among our requirements is to ensure it is safe, with a reliable airline and positive reviews, and for that... something very important is punctuality. What we want is to arrive at our destination as soon as possible and not waste time in airports.

Recently, OAG (Official Airline Guide) released a list where you can check which airlines in Europe ensure acceptable punctuality within a margin of 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival/departure times.

This ranking was made considering 250 global airlines between January 1 and December 31, 2018. AirBaltic, an airline from Latvia, was the first to position itself as the most punctual of all. In second place is KLM.

Surprisingly, Iberia, a Spanish airline, made its way into the top ten, taking the third spot and significantly improving its record, as it did not make the ranking in 2017. Those that were left out include some like Lufthansa and British Airways.
