If there's one thing the Canary Islands can boast about, it's their beaches. There are all types: white, black, or pebble sands. Expansive spaces where you can 'plant' your umbrella next to hundreds of people or small coves where you can enjoy paradise almost alone.

These spaces are highly attractive to tourists and visitors. So much so that even the most popular artificial intelligence tool in recent times, ChatGPT, has ranked one of them among the most beautiful in the country. However, it seems that not everyone agrees with the AI.

The TikToker Mazomayrit has become an expert in rating everything that comes to his mind, from the ugliest squares in the country to university logos. Thus, he shares his opinion on matters that many of us probably would have overlooked.

On this occasion, the young man has posted a video focusing on the best beaches in Spain, according to ChatGPT, and he doesn't seem to agree with the tool very much.

Best Beaches in Spain

In the list of the best beaches in Spain, according to the TikToker's ChatGPT evaluation, there is one from the Canary Islands: Maspalomas. The others are: Playa de Bolonia in Tarifa; Playa de las Catedrales in Ribadeo; Playa de las Conchas in Donosti; and Playa de Ses Illetes in Formentera.

Playa de Maspalomas: Impressive, but...

At first glance, the young TikToker considers Playa de Maspalomas to be stunning. However, it seems not stunning enough to be among the country's best.

"I know it's an iconic beach, and I'm looking at it, and it is impressive," he states. Up to this point, everything seems fine. But things change completely when he shows an image of the beach packed with people. "I see this photo, and suddenly, it's not my ideal vacation destination," he notes. He adds that "if you have to set up 200 meters from the shore and walk through those dunes, it takes like eight years to get to the water. I don't find it very comfortable."

And after this declaration of intent, the TikToker gives Playa de Maspalomas a rating of seven.
