Its exclusive B2B meeting program facilitates high-value encounters between buyers and exhibitors, strengthening business ties across the global tourism ecosystem. This strategic networking approach drives meaningful business interactions and fosters sustainable growth and the generation of international partnerships.
"WTE Miami 2025 brings together a carefully selected group of international exhibitors, travel industry innovators, and decision-makers in a vibrant market," says Javier Pérez Palencia, Director of WTE Miami.
Airlines and Strategic Partners
Leading airlines have confirmed their support for the event. Delta Air Lines returns as the Official Partner Airline, while Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) joins as an Explorer Sponsor. "Miami occupies a strategic position within the Delta-LATAM alliance, playing a key role in connecting North America and South America," notes Ignacio Borbolla, Regional Manager of Delta. Additionally, the World Trade Center Miami (WTCM) returns as an Explorer Sponsor, reinforcing the event's role as a bridge between continents.
Established and Emerging Destinations
With more participating destinations than ever, WTE Miami 2025 offers attendees a direct insight into the evolution of the international tourism landscape. Brazil's presence is assured with the return of the state of Ceará to WTE Miami 2025. The state will highlight a diverse range of tourism experiences including ecotourism, adventure travel, and cultural heritage. "Participating in WTE Miami since its first edition has allowed us to build long-term relationships with international operators and increase Ceará's visibility in key markets," comments Thiago Marques, Marketing Director of Ceará's Tourism Secretariat.
From Latin America, Honduras will showcase its Caribbean coast, impressive Mayan archaeological sites, and its growing proposal for eco and adventure tourism. "WTE Miami gives us the right visibility to position Honduras as an emerging destination in Central America," states Reizel Vilorio, Deputy Minister of the Office of Promotion and Marketing of the Honduran Institute of Tourism. "We come to build new alliances and inspire travelers seeking nature, culture, and authentic experiences."
From Mexico, Quintana Roo and the Cancun Hotel Association will provide a strong presence, promoting the region's world-class hotel infrastructure, luxury experiences, and a firm commitment to sustainable tourism. "As a world-class destination, Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean must be present at international forums like WTE Miami," comments Rebeca Bravo, Promotion Director of the Cancun, Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres Hotel Association. "Our goal is to strengthen business ties with the United States and Latin America while showcasing innovation in hospitality and destination management."
Technology and Cruises Take Center Stage
The event's innovation agenda continues to grow, with more and more travel technology companies and cruise operators confirming their participation. The Spanish company Travel Compositor, a leader in technological innovation for the tourism sector, will present its latest solutions for tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, and other key players.
The Turkish luxury travel agency Ada Vegas Travel also returns, aiming to expand its client network in the Americas. "We see WTE Miami as a meeting point between East and West, where we can establish alliances with specialized travel advisors and niche operators," states Yüksel Taşdemir, General Manager of Ada Vegas Travel.
The cruise sector remains a cornerstone of tourism in Miami, with confirmed participation from Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and regional port authorities. Miami's position as the cruise capital of the world continues to attract investment and innovation, solidifying WTE Miami as a key forum for the sector's development.
